I am thinking this a flash game played on a website like Kizi or coolmathgames. It was kind of a crunchy 2D art style, probably hand done in something like MS paint. I recall that it had actuall narration as well. Anyway, I belive it is part of a larger group of games, but this one I remember most. You somehow timetravel back into the past and end up in or just outside of a shopping mall. You either are there to meet, mess with, or join the Backstreet boys. I do not think this was sanctioned by the band, and it could have been another boyband popular at the time, but I believe that it was the backstreet boys. There were others like this, specifcally including time travel. I think another sent you back into the very far past, like mideval Europe. Any info on a game that fits this descripition would be very helpful.
