Customer places an order at 12 noon for delivery that afternoon. Instacart replies that the earliest time of delivery is the next day. Customer has never had this happen before. Other than there is a "first time for everything" kind of thing , what else could be happening here?

Years ago Coppertone Suntan Lotion (before sunscreen) had a specific smell. That product is gone from the market. Has anyone found something that recreates that exact smell? I've tried products that claim they do. They do not. Of course smell is subjective and I'm not even sure people remember the smell of the original Coppertone.
