My daughter's school gives three pieces of homework a week starting from age four. I'm going to a meeting with the head of the school to try and persuade them that this is bad for the children and am looking for research about the impacts of homework on 4-6 year olds.
I've noticed my daughter has become resistant to learning and associates it with a chore whereas she used to be enthusiastic. Any information is greatly appreciated!
