Hey Everyone,

i am sure this has been asked a million times. Recently i have been finding my Garmin forerunner 965 has had my heart rate extremely high. i will do a basic run and my heart rate at times is 170+ and it never used to be like that. I have had my FR965 for around 2-3 years now. i am just wanting to confirm with myself weather i suddenly have increased heart rate or my watch is off by a lot. Thanks and appreciate any feedback.
