Hey just here to get some opinions on this card. I’ve tried searching for cards this has happened to, but haven’t had any success. Thought I’d see if anyone here has ever seen this. I bought an ETB from Walmart and this card was inside it a Holo Groudon with a white piece of tape on the back. Would this be considered an error card? Just trying to find out what people think of it. TIA
