Has anyone implemented a solution in Deltek VantagePoint that accommodates multiple clients sharing the fee for a project? For example, Client 1 pays 40% while Client 2 pays the remaining 60%. This would involve generating two invoices and splitting the total project fee and expenses according to their allocated percentages.
We have many clients who require invoices to be e-billed and submitted via their electronic portal. Can Deltek handle electronic billing? Or are there bolt-ons available to help accommodate this process?

Has anyone implemented a conflict check system within Deltek or as an add-on to Deltek? I am looking for a system to perform conflict checks and sanction checks on new projects to ensure there are no potential conflicts when onboarding new projects.
