Hello! Yesterday I had my 3rd full leg laser appointment. Today for work I decided to wear a skirt since my work place is pretty hot around this time of year. I figured I would be working inside as I do almost every shift. HOWEVER, one of my coworkers who works the drive thru line (outside) called out. So they put me in. I was in the sun from 12-3:30. The UV was allegedly 9-10 and now my legs (and arms and face) are all sunburnt. It totally slipped my mind until just now that this is bad for my lasered legs. As of right now I don’t see any reactions or anything but I’m SO scared. Is there anything I could do right now to prevent anything. Also would i immediately see something. Any chance im safe??? Never wearing a skirt to work AGAIN :(((

Can anyone who took ochem 1 recently (preferably with Dr Tran) tell me what to expect for the cumulative final? I’ve done relatively well for the other exams. Is there a lot of the final reactions unit? Is there a rly good study tool you used?
