Tension building up over time
I've noticed that during a run, the tension in my arm and hand starts to build up. I try to release it, but unfortunately, it isn't working out well. Does anyone have tips on how to stay relaxed?

I’ve recently hit Saffron Complete in Viscose’s benchmarks, so my aim profile is fairly balanced across the board. However, I’m currently grinding a lot of Valorant and want to prioritize the subcategories that offer the most carry-over to tactical shooters first.
Which subcategories would you guys recommend focusing on to see the most improvement in-game, and which ones are less of a priority for now?
How do you guys use the viscose benchmark to train? I usually just play the scenario I am focusing on for 30 minutes every day until I reach the rank I want. Is that a good approach?
I can't stand aim training for more than 30 minutes a day. Is that enough to make good progress? How long do you guys usually practice for?
