I was wondering 2 things while planning my and my wife's honeymoon in Japan. We are staying in Tokyo and want to do a bar crawl similar to Austin Texas (so walking to each bar, grabbing one or two drinks). We also have the rare opportunity to be going on Saturday Oct 31st, which is Halloween, which I heard is kinda a thing in Japan?

1. How and where should we go for this
2. Should we dress up? We are usually big on Halloween in the US.
