The other day my uncle reversed into my car. Now I will be honest there is not a lot of damage few scratches and rub marks i think possibly €400 worth of damage.

He asked me not to go through the insure which fine we can sort this out ourselves. I want to go to a few places and get prices wouldn't want to rip him off and asked him to do the same. Now he and a lot of my family are telling me to let it go saying it is not much damage and why would I want him to pay? And just really making me feel awful about it.

Am i wrong for wanting him to fix my car when he damaged it?
