Hello,

I'll be moving to Seoul in a few months, from Canada with a H1 visa, for 1 year at least. The thing is, I have a cat and am worried it will be difficult to find accommodation as a foreigner with a pet.

Do you have any advice to offer, and websites that you would recommend for my research?

I'm ready to pay a higher rent than usual since I understand I'm not in an ideal position as a renter...I'm not yet super informed on rates but I was thinking my max monthly rent could be around 1,600,000 krw, is that a fair expectation? I also understand that a deposit could be necessary, which I am fine with and prepared for.

I transferred 25k from different accounts. I was worried because I had some fees from the transfers that I didn't think about prior to it being to late to transfer more. So I kept an eye on my transfers amount, but when I go to the (un)real deal tracker, it shows different amount of "completed account transfer"???

Has anyone had this happen? How does that happen? Is there a chance that I qualify for the ×2 entries and 3% match or am I out?
