What’s silently eating your time every day as a CA that you’ve just accepted as normal?
Genuine curiosity here.
I’ve been spending time with a few CA friends lately and observing how they run their practice day to day not the actual CA work, but the operational side. Managing clients, tracking things, coordinating, following up.
Didn’t want to assume anything so asking directly.
For those running individual practices or small firms, what actually frustrates you on a daily basis operationally?
