I need help making a decision.
I'm a 19yo and I've always wanted to own a pc, the thing is I belong from a poor family and I don't have much money to spend on building a pc. So, after doing freelancing, sponsors and some gigs I've gathered some money which can allow me to build the most BASIC "BASIC PC".
I've got someone who is ready to provide me (all brand new btw, not 2nd hand)

16gb DDR3 ram
500gb sata hdd
without any graphic card.
all for 17k INR Which is around $183
now I'm thinking if I should I get it with SSD (for which I've to pay additional) and then add a 1050 ti or 1650 later or if i should ditch this altogether and wait longer to get something more modern.
