Looking for a shopkeeper

Hey guys.

I’m looking for a shopkeeper and I’m struggling to find people with the following traits:

  1. Trust worthy

I need to be able to leave them at the shop without having to stress about them hurting me financially.

  1. Leadership

They need to be able to take charge of situations and also clearly define boundaries with other staff and piece workers (aganyu)

  1. Able to learn, take direction and make corrections to their behavior, also ready to ask questions rather than make wrong decisions.

  2. Accountability. They need to be able to report sales etc. at the end of the day with a bit of accounting to make sure that figures align.

  3. Physical strength. They may need to occasionally lift or move 50kg bags, although with the correct amount of authority. This task can more often than not, be delegated to workers below them

And obviously of the right mental and emotional intelligence to carry out the above.

My business is still in its infancy, but I want someone who is ready to grow with the business and learn from me as I have quite a bit of experience that I’d like to use to groom someone into this position as well as perhaps move up to bigger positions as we continue to grow. I’m at the shop most of the time so they would be mentored by myself directly.

The salary is 400k before taxes, about 331k after deductions.

If you know, or are someone who fits the above and needs a job, please DM me.
