Took me about 20 minutes to finish , but you can notice I took a bite of the first chicken piece before the first image lol.

I ate the stuff below the piece of toast ,

Now im full like completely full but not vomiting full .

Im so happy , before I would've needed to eat 2.5x this meal to feel as full !!

When I started doing the " regretting " phase im sure all of yall had , I was sad I wasn't going to be able to binge eat anymore , turns out I never liked binge eating I just like eating full and not constantly hungry wich needed MASSIVE amounts of food before

I also thought I wouldn't be able to finish a restaurant sized meal, I can it just takes longer now

So if this post answers any question you had before before I was glad to help !

( results still vary between people dont take this as a definite of what may happen to you i cant repeat this more )

I want a yes or no with explanation

Not " you should be happy "

Or " 2 bites will make you fuller and happier! "

Reading these kind of comments convinced me people convinced themselves this is ok for the rest of their lives to stop thinking about it

If yes then when ?

Not just a burger , will i be able to eat normally after i lose weight?

And yall know what I mean by normal ( no i dont mean huge amounts like before the surgery )

3 normal sized meals and maybe an apple or two at day without my stomach exploding or dying from pain or having to split a meal into 27 smaller meals
