One month TRT

Hey all. I just came to say Im just over a month into TRT cream and it’s been quite helpful. Im sharing for anyone who might be on the fence or scared to take this route. I was REALLY nervous to start, mostly about potential side effects. At the one month mark I’ve had no hair growing at application sites (I rotate behind the knees, inner forearm, and inner thigh), no acne, and no hair shedding. I have noticed a huge improvement in the insane fatigue I was having, like feeling like I wanted to fall asleep at 7:30 in the morning on my drive to work, no more naps on the weekends. Brain fog has improved quite a bit as well. Unfortunately no change in libido which sucks, the first week I didn’t notice I was thinking even dreaming about sex all of a sudden, but that faded.

Overall Im happy with the results thus far. I haven’t had any follow up blood work yet but will in another month. So for anyone feeling scared to try TRT, I say go for it! The next goal is to find a way to get the cream for less than $100/month because it’s a pretty steep cost

Hello. I’m wondering if anyone is getting their cream prescription from someone online that also would send it to your pharmacy rather than selling it to you. I finally checked in with my OB about HRT and to my relief she supports with it, thank go d because Midi is getting pricey (I have an HMO). OB however doesn’t do TRT, and I’ve been getting the cream from an alternative medicine place but at $200 a month it is adding up. I was hoping to get a doc that would send it to the pharmacy (I know it likely won’t be covered) and then hoping to use Good Rx if needed. Any thoughts or places you could send me to?
