About a 10x10ft private room plus private bathroom in a 4x4 D1 smoke and pet-free unit at the 9 UCF. $1,049 current rent + $9 valet trash + utilities based on usage, but I am reducing base $900 for June-July with the remainder of May being FREE. Parking is $45/mo if needed. You must meet office requirements. The entire unit is 1282 sq ft, located on the 3rd floor, east side of the building, with the bedroom receiving the most light. Moving home for the summer, nice and respectful roommates. The closest roommate is rarely home about 20% of the time. Amenities include a pool, a gym, a yoga studio, a pool table, an outdoor hammock/barbecue area, study rooms, free printing, and an Amazon Hub. The unit is also fully furnished, includes an in-unit washer and dryer and the bathroom mirror is Bluetooth. I have been the 2nd person to ever live in this room and I have no complaints. It is also on the UCF shuttle route and very close to campus.
The current move out date is 7/31/26 if you choose to renew for the year the current offer $1007.
