...of "the End" location literally what became of our protagonist?

We are their "Mother" (and we are the mother of Isaac) who waited a long time for their return after sending them on this task by herself. She also was tormented in Hell for what she had done until the Biblical end of the world, when an apocalypse happened and the hellish creatures, led by her, got loose.
