I was diagnosed with a minor rectocele last fall because I felt a bulge and had to press up on my perineum when I have a bowel movement. I went to pft consistently for 3 months and now just go for check-ins every month. I have an uncoordinated pelvic floor with some tightness. I was less symptomatic in January and Feb but this week I’ve had to splint in my vagina to have a bowel movement and I never had to do that before. Does that mean it’s getting worse?
