Hi all, was investigating a noise coming from the front of my forester, suspected wheel bearing. Decided to jack the car up and check them out. they had no play in them and were not making noise while spinning freely, however when I rocked the other front wheel back and forth i got the noise in the video below.

After taking the wheel off noticed that it was the hub studs knocking against the inside of the brake rotors holes. There's no retention screw in the rotor not sure if there's meant to be but this happens on both sides at the front. Is there an issue or is it normal? I will be replacing both control arms as the bush's have gone but not sure if I should just do the wheel bearing while im down there. Also will the control arms be a job able to be done at home with just a jack and stands? I have the tools needed and will probably have a fight with the ball knuckle but apart from that. Thanks!
