Pearson Vue payment issue
I paid PHP 12,400 for account registration (NCSBN) sa site, but unfortunately biglang nag-log out yung account ko during the payment process. The amount was deducted from my Maribank account, but hindi siya nag-reflect sa site itself, no receipt/email at all.
Sa Maribank app, ang status lang niya is “Posting in Progress.” May I ask if marerefund po kaya ito? Also, what is the email address of Pearson VUE, and what steps or measures should I take regarding this issue? :(( Thanks!
