so last year my timing belt teeth broke i checked compression and cyl 3 was 18 less psi then the rest which sat around 150 i put a new water pump and belt on and have been driving it for the last year i put 12 k miles on it should i change out the valve stems or wait till my head gasket goes and replace them both at the same time will something bad happen if i keep driving w a bad valve car even still runs quite and has zero misfires which is insane to me 05 civic dx drove it from Ohio to ny and back twice and once to Michigan no issues
