Me and my friend were studying in one of their new buildings at uni. Suddenly I see in my view, a young man made a eye contact with me and began rubbing his private part, in his short it was so visible to his what he was doing and how he is putting his private part up and rub while looking at his screen and later at us. We laughed and focused on our studies but eventually when I think about it, it is so weird. Like I don’t know what to do about it. Now I’ll think 100times before going into that building and pray that I never encounter him ever again. He did that actions for hours. Is this normal ?
