i'm 25, my cycles have been super irregular. in 2025 they would average 17-20 days but so far this year they've been getting longer—from 15 days to 20 to 30 and now it's currently day 45 but i haven't gotten my period yet. my last period was the week of march 16.

however i've had breast soreness/fullness and period-like cramps since april 19th, on the 18th i noticed EWCM while i was on the toilet, so was that probably the day i ovulated?

i'm new to PCOS and i'm not on any form of BC yet so i'd like to know if anyone here has experienced this in the past? it's just a bit anxiety-inducing and messing with my day-to-day activities because i keep waiting for a period that feels like it's coming but it just wont haha
