L10, T&O/S&C here and I continue to be baffled at the state of affairs in every single project. With a company of this scale, it is fair to assume that things will mostly be organised and under control.
Instead, what I find are managers that are completely ill-suited for the task at hand and bending over backwards to deliver to the client. I sometimes wonder if it's slave mentality. I get to work with units from Europe and US and see how differently they operate while dealing with the same client. Raising any delivery risks early, moving the timeline when required, and being considerate and respectful of team efforts. It's only been 2 years and I am exhausted.
