Hi so i have an issue with a new PC build.

The error says "Please enter setup to recover BIOS setting. When RAID configuration was built, ensure to set SATA configuration to RAID mode. Now, please press F1 to enter BIOS setup.

Im not entirely sure what the problem is as it's my first time building a pc. I have asked around, searched online but there doesn't seem to be anyone with the same issue as me. I can't access the bios. I have tried pressing f1, f2, f10, f12, del, and esc but none seem to do anything. I have repeatedly pressed all these keys, tried holding them then turning my pc on. I have tried using different keyboards (all wired) and made sure they are all working. Should i install the OS or would this not change anything?

All parts are brand new out of the box, except the RAM and the CPU. The RAM was lightly used and the CPU was opened but unused.

My PC specs are:

AMD Ryzen 5 7500F

16gb DDR5 RAM

ASUS B650E

MSI Geforce RTX 3060ti

Corsair 750w PSU

Fanxaing 512gb SSD

I have tried turning the pc on and off several times, taking the CMOS battery out and putting it back in, replacing the CMOS battery, and changing my keyboard.

There isn't any OS currently installed on the SSD but I have a USB with the install files on.

Any help is appreciated.
