I've ran the hardware tests and everything passed (except the battery which is fried, but that shouldn't matter). The BIOS is up to date, all drivers are installed, and windows shows everything as updated after running check for updates.

In the task manager the CPU use is under 20%, memory is at 41%, SSD is also under 20%. It's running Windows 11, but drivers only exist up to Windows 10 for it. As far as I know, there's no way to get windows 10 anymore. This is really getting on my nerves, so any help would be appreciated.
