I have a 2010 Subaru Forester that I love, but the driver’s seat is really uncomfortable for me. I’m 6’2” and around 280 lb, and the biggest issue seems to be the lack of thigh support — the seat bottom just doesn’t extend far enough.

I’ve considered swapping in Subaru WRX seats, but I’m not sure if the seat cushion is actually any longer. I’ve also heard Subaru Outback seats are more comfortable.

Does anyone have recommendations for improving thigh support or seat swap ideas that fit well in a 2010 Forester? I’ve already tried add-on seat cushions, but they didn’t help much.
