Help Samsung a34 what’s wrong? Board cover metal is lukewarm on charging and takes 0.400A and nothing on screen, used to vibrated one time showed red Samsung logo, I tried disconnecting man cable in all 3 spots and battery temporarily and reconnect and still nothing help I need to factory reset it!

I need the iCloud login working because my little sibling wants a phone to use for mobile games and YouTube, they wouldn’t mind if sim function doesnt work since they are a little kid
