Am I taking care of my lip piercing?

So I got my snake bites pierced. it’s been almost a week, and they are a little crusty and oozing yellowish liquid after I changed it to a bigger bar (I swelled too much). I know it’s normal for that stuff to happen, but my friend told me to only clean it with saline ONE time unless I sweat or get food on the outside. She told me it will reject if I clean it every day with saline wound wash. Is this correct? This is my first major piercing that I’ve wanted for so long and I really don’t want it to reject. After eating, I wash my mouth with salt water every time. Everything on the internet says something different. It doesn’t hurt or anything but im worried im doing something wrong.

how do I lose weight?

I’m 5’4 and I weigh almost 200 pounds. I’m a 17 year old girl, and I can’t seem to find out what’s wrong. I’ve been pretty much the same weight since I was in 6th grade, but I’ve always been chubby. I’m extremely active (I play multiple sports and go to the gym) and don’t eat junk food/unhealthy foods. Occasionally I will have fast food but it’s rare. I definitely burn all of the calories im eating. I always feel run down and get dizzy like I haven’t eaten in days. Is the problem that I’m not eating enough? Another thing I noticed from a few years ago is that I don’t really gain weight either. I can’t see to figure out why I always stay the same way and I want to fix it but I don’t know how
