Can I use other starting nation to form Marrhold?

Dreaming of forming Marrhold as Salla Myna. It would be so nice to get some stupidly good flying cavalry as I combine bones form both MT. Yet I have never tried tag switching in anbennar or even eu4 in general. Is this fancy move possible or not?

Seeking advise for my first camera

Wasn't a camera fan as a teen grow up in the age of smartphone, yet my thought change as I'm increasingly upset by the disappointing performance of a phone integrated camera. Therefore I'm asking for advise to buy my first camera. Would be really thankful if someone give some sort of opinion 😄.

  • Budget: 2000usd
  • Country: Hong Kong/Japan/China
  • Condition: prefer new one, but second hand also work
  • Type of Camera: full frame is a must. mirrorless perhaps?
  • Intended use: Photography only
  • If photography; what style: primary: landscape(distanced city at night), astrophotography; secondary: landscape, portrait, wildlife
  • If video what style: N/A
  • What features do you absolutely need: IBIS, viewfinder, any features that my purpose demand and I failed to notice
  • What features would be nice to have: weather sealing.
  • Portability: best if it can carry with just a small backpack and lightweight, but I understand that it might not be possible
  • Cameras you're considering: (I am new to entire camera's thing and all my understanding come from basic online research, please correct me if I made hilarious mistake)
    • Nikon Z5 II: By far my 1st choice, as it has decent IBIS and viewfinder. Meanwhile having a starlight view mode and neat performance under high ISO (which I believe I need?). It also seems that Nikon produce better color?
    • Sony A7C II: It has ok IBIS and exist a viewfinder. It is attractive to me as it's portable. As I would use my camera mainly traveling aboard, this mean a lot. Also, it seems to have extraordinarily auto focus ability (which I believe is important for animal shooting and good to have for casual photo). Sony also provide most variety to lenses?
    • Canon R8: Cheap and handy, although there is no IBIS but it can get along with a tripod (which make it no longer handy lmao). Well actually it is in my list mostly because it's cheap while retaining a manageable performance. Cheap is important.
  • Cameras you already have: N/A
  • Notes: TL;DR? I just want a clean photo at night.

The end. I apologize for my inadequate English proficiency
