Sunscreen update

Hi there!
A few days ago, I posted here inquiring about the credibility of L’Oréal’s ‘cruelty-free’ claims. After being assured that they're a bs company I ended straight up going to a store and asking them for cruelty-free sunscreen options. This was one of the cheapest and best options (for my combination skin) they offered me.

However, I'm now wondering if this product is vegan... I know the brand itself ISN'T vegan, but as you can see on the second photo, I'm not getting a clear answer...
Thx for helping me out once again and I'll be waiting for an answer! :)

L'Oreal cruelty-free?

I'm really wondering if I should purchase a La Roche-Posay product. I've contacted them directly and they insist on being cruelty free. It even says so on the L'Oreal Group website.

However, I've seen several other sources contradicting their statements. I'm trying to make a change in the products I consume, but this brand has been one of my trusted ones for the longest time due to my vitiligo. If they’re not truly cruelty free, how are they allowed to make this claims on their website? What other brands would you guys recommend that are parabens-free and cruelty-free that can keep up with La Roche-Posay's quality of dermatological care?
