So there was a big update on my IP TV (the settop box) after that the booting itself started taking more than a minute.. and apps too feels slower now

Complained on there customer care mail.. they registered my complaint after 2 weeks the service guy came and just restarted it through settings.. and said ki "thoda to adjust Krna padta h sir.. naya hota h tb fast hota h" I said okay.. but agar new hardware aaya hoga to replace krdo.. he said ki company message krti h customers ko.. and just took the Service Code from TV and just went
