I need to know everything- for just me (but maybe my career?)

26F in the finance industry

I have a deep passion and desire to learn new things, and potentially switch my career if I like it. I am a Yoga instructor on the side- and I do this because I LOVE yoga and the wellness aspect it has brought to my life personally, and professionally (since I do get paid). I want to pretty much become an encyclopedia for the following wellness matters:

-Nutrition (not just how to maintain/lose weight, but consuming the absolute best to live a long healthy life), gut health, etc

-Supplements, what they do, why they do it

-Skin/body Care- ingredients, gimmicky things like red light therapy, guasha, medical procedures (sculptra, botox, etc (not to do it, but to know the benefits/flags health wise)) etc

-Holistic wellness like grounding, fasting, juicing, essential oils etc

-Mental wellness- how our thoughts affect our physical bodies and can cause chronic illness

-biohacking

-And literally everything in between- just a powerhouse of wellness knowledge

What degrees/certifications (well sought after) can I get to learn this for myself (& to potentially make this my career). Or what books/podcasts/or things can I do to learn about this for my personal itch of knowledge.

Basically, what word or career or certification, or anything ENCOMPASES everything I mentioned.

Hello all! I have been trying out some supplements to increase weight loss and gym results. So far, I have tried Hydroxycut pills, and Phentermine pills. Both of these have increased Manic episodes due to my bipolar disorder (I am not on any medication). C4 pre-workout works well and gives me quick energy for my workouts, but I would like a fat loss or appetite suppressant (to reduce food noise and binging). Does anyone have any recs on what supplements to take to increase my results- I am mainly looking for more definition.

For context, I am a 26yr old Female, 6ft tall, 145lbs, 19%BF, 65 lbs Muscle Mass.
