Hi all, If I could get some guidance I would be super grateful :)

Work was throwing this one away, so decided to bring it home. Unsure if this is a cylinder issue or something else. The top part looks fine to me, but the chair wobbles a lot.

After separating top from bottom, I can see the cylinder is super mobile (see the video). No serious cracks/wear on the non-cylinder bottom part that I can see.

What´s the best/cheapest way to repair this? Just get a new cylinder, or is it something more serious?
