Wk 5 pain?
I had a fractured tip of left lateral melliolus. FWB in boot was cleared at Wk 3 and it has been slow. I finally progressed to fwb w just 1 crutch instead of 2 a cpl days ago and today I am in pan.
All day it has been a super dull pain all the way around my foot and ankle that radiates halfway up my shin/calf. Nothing helps… Is this normal?? Just starting Wk 5 post-break.
