Hello everyone, I've had this symptom (dry and itchy) for 3 years and it won't go away. I have try eczema cream with colloidal oatmeal as well as Hydrocortisone. It was fine for one day and suddenly appeared again. Any suggestions on which product should I use to treat this? There was only one spot behind my neck 3 years ago but it is spreading to 3-4 spots at the moment.
