So, I think I have been clenching the pelvic floor my whole life without noticing. Now I am trying to relax the muscles and not clench them in any moment of the day.
When I get an erection, that area feels very hard even when I am doing reverse kegels. In that mode, when I do intentionally clench the PF, I do feel like it contracting, but I was wondering if its normal for it to feel very hard when erected.
