Cattle dog and…?
Hi everyone! My family and I recently adopted this little guy, a stray who’d apparently been dumped in our neighborhood. The vet says he’s young, likely between 8 months - 1 year. He’s genuinely the most wonderful, bright, handsome, and happy pup with the sweetest disposition! We’ve named him Bear (:
Since we first saw him wandering around the neighborhood, we’ve suspected he’s probably a cattle dog. We’re going to DNA test him soon, but I thought I’d post here to see what the community thinks beforehand! We’ve thought he could also potentially have some pitty, corgi, or kelpie in him, but we could obviously be very off-base there lol. He definitely has the classic cattle dog personality! But he’s our first experience with the breed, so we’re in a bit of unfamiliar territory (‘:
