I have a 2018 340i, and each time after i drive it hard this sound occurs. Its like a vibration that you can feel and hear. I have no clue what this could be. The sound goes away after a minute or two. When i put the car in reverse and give a bit of gas the sound gets louder.

In the video you can hear a knock, i’m not talking about the ticking sound from the injectors. There’s a deeper knock sound. Car is fully warmed up in the video, noise does not get louder when the car is hot/cold. When i rev it it seems the knock goes away. I’m not sure if this is normal or get it checked.
