Had my meeting with my area manager yesterday and successfully passed my probation. I am on a 25 hour a week, I asked about extra hour contract and was told due to the current economic situation this wasn't possible. I am working on average 40 hours a week but would like the certainty of the extra hours as 25 isn't enough to pay all my bills. Love the job but don't like the uncertainty, what should I do?
