Need two ST Ssj3 codes please T.T

Im a OYW player, i cant find GD04 in my local yet. So i have a ST09 x1 and every ST x1 except 06, i dont have that one yet.

So, which deck can recommend me; no So spensive, i dont want a a Tier S nop. But something to go with it.

Or maybe OYW is Still viable?
