I had fraud on my account that lead to my checking account being overdrafted $230 , they show as debit transactions... I filed a claim and it looks like it was denied, I have overdraft protection on my account and am not able to overdraft my account even if I wanted too. It is also not linked to my savings account as backup protection.

What is the best way to get this resolved and also get my money back. I have been a customer for 15 years but am closing my account if they can’t fix this.
