Embrace Pet Insurance I have been paying for the policy for years, for 2 cats, coming to $90 per month. All of the medical history has been turned over, there wasn't much, both cats were started on the policy almost immediately after adoption. There was only history from shelter and one vet. That vet have been contacted and sent over the history while being on the phone all was confirmed. I also had the paper versions of both vet and shelter histories, and everything was scanned and sent over from our side just to make sure. I have email history. Fast forward to yesterday when for the first time my cat actually had an emergency. We luckily never had to use the insurance before. Now my claims are being held due to lack of medical history 12 months prior to stating the policy which was what in 2022 or 23 now I can't even remember. But I've literally over the years paid more in the policy than now I need them to reimburse me, and they just auto just deny me? So this whole time I guess I was paying while they knew they wouldn't take any of my claims seriously anyways? I called them and they said they don't have proper paperwork and they will contact the vet office. I said I have everything and already reuploaded in the app AGAIN yesterday. But they said they'll have to look through it and contact me in a couple of days. How do I even handle this? I really don't understand how to even get through them. My cats were perfectly healthy and young when policy was signed.
