Hello everyone,

I booked two flight tickets with Turkmenistan Airlines from Ho Chi Minh City to Istanbul.

For one ticket, I received an email with a ticket number, but there is no reservation number (PNR). For the second ticket, I completed the payment but did not receive any email at all.

I’m not sure if the second ticket was successfully issued. How can I check this?

My departure date is very close, so I’m quite concerned.
