I’m 14 weeks pregnant and I’ve made the decision that I want to end the pregnancy, but I feel scared and overwhelmed. My boyfriend does not support my decision, which makes this even harder. I have mifepristone and misoprostol at home, but I’m honestly afraid to take them alone without medical supervision, especially because of everything I’ve heard and because I’m scared of how I might handle the process emotionally.
Abortion after 12 weeks is illegal in my country, so I’ve been thinking through every possible option. I wanted to ask if anyone has experience or information about whether it’s possible to take only mifepristone to stop the pregnancy and then receive further care at a hospital, for example a surgical procedure as if it were a miscarriage, or if that would be dangerous/ineffective?
Please no judgment, I genuinely need advice or experiences from people who have been through something similar. My biggest fear is going through this alone. :(
