Will 1993-2001 Subaru Impreza coilovers fit on my sf5 forester (2000 jdm forester st/b)?

The cars have been outside since 2012 not under cover, he wants a grand for both, the automatic (1981) has a blown engine, the manual (1983) the engine has never been put into the car as the first engine blew and he bought this one but said it ran 3 years ago, and the transmission is sitting in the trunk, has rust underneath on both, and on the manual which would probably be the project car has rust on the roof in a couple spots, the automatic is just a donor car, both are 12A’s…are they worth the headache and money to fix them up? Or are these cars too far gone?
