It has been over 20 days since I placed my order, and despite repeated follow ups, your team has failed to provide any proper response or resolution. This is completely unacceptable and amounts to clear negligence towards customers

If I do not receive an immediate update and confirmed dispatch without further delay, I will initiate legal proceedings and file formal complaints under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, including Section 2(11) for deficiency in service, Section 2(47) for unfair trade practices, and seek redressal before the Consumer Commission under Section 35. I will also claim harassment caused due to your conduct.

This is my final notice. Resolve this matter immediately

I placed my order on 8th of April, and despite multiple follow ups, I have still not received any proper update, dispatch confirmation, or resolution. The continued delay and complete lack of communication have been extremely disappointing and unacceptable.

If this issue is not resolved immediately with a clear update and confirmed dispatch, I will have no option but to pursue available legal remedies including grounds of deficiency in service and unfair trade practices.

This is my final request for immediate resolution.
