


It has been over 20 days since I placed my order, and despite repeated follow ups, your team has failed to provide any proper response or resolution. This is completely unacceptable and amounts to clear negligence towards customers
If I do not receive an immediate update and confirmed dispatch without further delay, I will initiate legal proceedings and file formal complaints under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, including Section 2(11) for deficiency in service, Section 2(47) for unfair trade practices, and seek redressal before the Consumer Commission under Section 35. I will also claim harassment caused due to your conduct.
This is my final notice. Resolve this matter immediately
