Need advice…

Ran out of options. A few months ago i accidentally made an ach transfer to the wrong chase bank account because I fat fingered a digit. I filed a small claims case for unjust enrichment and I subpoena’d chase to reveal the account holders identity but they won’t do it until I serve the account holder a notice to consumer. Obviously I can’t serve the notice to consumer because I don’t know who it is.

I’ve reached out to private investigators and it seems there is no way to get this person information with just the account number.

Searching for any advice on a way to identify this individual so I can serve them with my small claims case and try to recover my money.
