I feel extremely chopped right now after being sick for couple of months. Looking for an AB to glow up together and keep each other in check.

My goals:
- consistency with exercise (3x a week)
- 15k steps a day (rest days allowed)
- eat enough protein
- no seed oils or junk
- limit screen time
- enough sleep
